24.10.26 Are We Loving Our Pets to Death?

Having a pet is more common than ever, with nearly two-thirds of American homes having at least one pet.

반려동물을 키우는 것은 그 어느 때보다도 흔한 일이며, 2/3에 가까운 미국 가정에서 적어도 한 마리의 반려동물을 키우고 있습니다.

And every year, more people are changing their minds about pets and opening their homes and hearts to animals.

However, for many people, pets become a replacement for children.

With that comes efforts to make our pets more like us.

Some animal experts think we've ​gone too far​.
