24.08.15 Children's Choir

Our kids are currently part of a youth choir.

우리 아이들은 지금 소년 소녀 합창단 활동을 하고 있다.

It's a newly formed choir that operates within our neighborhood.

우리 구내에서 활동하는 신생 합창단이다.

When we first saw the recruitment notice, the kids signed up along with their friends out of a mix of curiosity and interest in singing.

처음 모집 공고를 보고, 아이들은 친구들과 같이 호기심 반 노래에 대한 관심 반으로 가입했다.

Since it's a new group, the parents had to select and purchase each and every one of the uniforms and props.

신생 단체이다 보니 부모들이 단복과 소품을 하나하나 다 정해서 구입해야 했다.

Thanks to the wonderful conductor and accompanist, the kids' first concert was a resounding success.

멋진 지휘자님과 반주 선생님 덕분에 우리 아이들은 첫 무대를 성공적으로 이뤄냈다.

The moms still can't forget how deeply moved they were by that first performance.

엄마들은 그 첫 무대에서 받은 깊은 감동을 아직도 잊지 못하고 있다.

There have been changes in the choir members over the past year and a half, but by honing their skills during weekly practices, the kids have become a top-notch choir.

일 년 반이란 시간 동안 합창단 단원들의 변동도 있었지만, 매주 연습하며 실력을 갈고 닦아 어느덧 훌륭한 합창단이 되었다.

This month, they will hold a concert celebrating the founding of the choir.
