Is it okay to flake out on commitments to friends or family for no other reason than you "don't feel like it"?

단지 내키지 않는다'는 이유만으로 친구나 가족과의 약속을 어기는 것이 괜찮은 일일까요?

* flake out on :  구어체에서 자주 쓰이는 표현으로, 약속을 갑자기 취소하거나, 이유 없이 나타나지 않을 때 사용해요.

상대방 입장에서는 약속을 어기다, 믿음을 저버리다처럼 느껴지기 때문에 다소 실망스러운 상황에서 써요.
